100 Portraits in 100 Days - $10 towards session
This payment is for Liana's 100 Portraits in 100 Days Project to take place between March 7 and June 14, 2010.
Type of Portraits
You may choose any of the following types of portraits: lifestyle, head shot, family, seniors, couples, kids, baby, maternity, bridal, tasteful boudoir, Facebook profile picture, or fashion (Liana's favorite!) Please indicate your preference during checkout.
Location
It can be at any location of choice within 20 miles of 30305 (Atlanta, GA) except for Piedmont Park and places that do not allow photography. If Liana is traveling and you've pre-arranged for the session to be during her travels, there will be no additional charge. Otherwise travel fees may incur for any locations 20 miles outside 30305. Please be adventurous and original in your choice of location. If you are unsure, Liana is happy to help brainstorm!
Process, What Your Get
Liana will choose the best image(s) and she and her team will complete retouching of these images. There will be no viewing session and Liana will make all decisions on pictures provided. You will receive high resolution digital negatives on disk - or via web download if you prefer.
Number of Images, Investment
The number of images you receive and the price of the session directly correlates to the Portrait Number you choose out of the 100. Commissions start at $10 USD for the first portrait and are an additional $10 each portrait thereafter. You receive a digital negative for every $10 USD spent. (Usually it is $100 per digital negative so this is a ridiculous deal!) For example, the 8th portrait is $80 and includes 8 digital negatives. The 44th portrait is $440 and includes 44 digital negatives (change the quantity to "44" at checkout).
Scheduling Session
Please let us know what time and day works best for you when you sign up. We will do our best to accommodate you and will work with you to choose a good time and day. We prefer to take Sundays off but will make exceptions for certain circumstances.
Number of Subjects and Length of Session
The number of subjects and length of session should correspond to the Portrait Number you choose. For example, Portraits 1-20 will be short sessions and should only include one subject. If you want others in the portrait with you, invest in a higher number Portrait Session. Portraits 70-100 may have more subjects and will obviously be longer sessions than the lower Portrait Numbers. Portraits in the middle (30-60) are great for two or a handful of participants.
Shipping and Sales Tax
Digital Negatives will be shipped within 4 weeks of your session date. Please include shipping information during checkout - we will ship the disk to this address. Shipping is included in the price of your portrait. Sales Tax will be applied for Georgia residents.
Online Gallery, Additional Orders
We will also provide a private gallery of the entire session online so if you wish to purchase additional images/prints you, friends, and family may do so at your convenience. Custom wall art (framed prints and canvas gallery wraps) and portrait albums are also available through the studio directly.
The Fine Print
In order to commission a portrait with liana Photography Inc we ask all of our clients to complete a model release/ portrait agreement that allows us to use images for our portfolio and other promotional uses. Commissions are on a first-come-first-serve basis. If your desired Portrait Number is unavailable we work with you to find one that is. All sales are final once a time is scheduled. You must give three days notice if you need to reschedule or your money will be forfeited and and the Portrait Number will become available again for purchase. You may not schedule your session outside the 100 days. All money is forfeited after June 14 if you did not complete your session. You may however sell or gift your session to someone else as long as they complete it within the 100 days. Liana Photography has the right to turn down commissions if subject matter, location, or demands are inappropriate.
Gallery Event
All portrait participants are invited to a gallery event in late June in Atlanta, GA showcasing all 100 portraits. At the end of the event you will receive a complimentary print.
Giving Back
10% of proceeds will be donated to Thirst Relief International.
