You think Boot Camp was tough? Are you ready for The Gauntlet? The Gauntlet is recommended for those who are Survivors of Photo Biz Boot Camp who are up for an even bigger challenge. In one day you will be forced to line up everything you're about, everything you stand for, and fight for your business profitability and personal success. The Gauntlet is an advanced challenge course during which we will experience:
- Numbers Checkup and Advanced Analysis Exercises
- Consistency Checkup
- Live Sales Sessions Demo and Practice
- Merchandising and PR Challenge
- Guerrilla Marketing
- Customer Service on Steroids
The Gauntlet begins at 4PM. We will take a few hours to cover the ground rules, take your history, align teams, and assign a rigorous set of exercises your team will need to complete before we reconvene at 8AM sharp the next day. Class lasts as long as necessary that day, or until you're ready to pass out! Please come prepared with marketing pieces, samples, website/blog print-outs in hand. We also expect you to arrive with 2010 numbers crunched and 2009 profit/loss statements (if available). You know that thing we wrote that made everyone think forward, cry, laugh, and get to know each other better? Bring that too.
